RETURNS
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original condition
All items must be returned in their original packaging
Products must show no signs of wear or damage
If the returned item shows signs of use beyond necessary inspection, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return or replacement beyond the standard 14-day return period. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order, including photos of the issue.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned unused and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce the refund if signs of wear are detected. We also do not accept returns for custom-made or personalized jewelry.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please securely pack items before returning. You may reuse the original packaging, but remove old shipping labels. Returns that do not meet our policy may be refused.

RETURN PROCESS
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Remove any old shipping labels. Ship the parcel using a courier of your choice. Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.
